Central Medical Supplies (CMS) has promoted Tracey Pavier-Grant to the position of Managing Director. Tracey has worked at CMS for 14 years, first as Medical Sales Director and latterly as Sales & Marketing Director.
In her new role, Tracey will oversee the day-to-day running of CMS and support Chairman Philip Champ in guiding the company’s strategic direction. Tracey’s appointment follows a change to the leadership structure of CMS, which will remain a privately owned business.
CMS is renowned for its critical care and neonatal equipment, which it has been supplying to the NHS and private sector acute hospitals for over thirty years. In the area of critical care, CMS supplies products for patient temperature management, swab management and pressure relief. In the neonatal arena, CMS has extensive experience in developmental care, phototherapy, baby feeding and temperature management.
CMS manufactures the Swabsafe™ swab management system and the AXifeed range of EBM storage bottles, cup feeders and breast pump sets. CMS is also the UK distributor for a wide range of trusted critical care and neonatal products, including brands from Kanmed, Enthermics, Biegler, Weyer and Small Beginnings.
Commenting on her new role, Tracey Pavier-Grant says: “I’m looking forward to continuing to work with the great team we have at CMS. Over the past 35+ years, CMS has built strong relationships with suppliers and customers alike, to become the trusted, reliable supplier we are today. Being a small organisation, we can be so much quicker to respond to our customers’ needs, and I love being able to rapidly turn around requests, to make our customers’ lives a lot easier. I have always loved helping develop our team and take pride in watching people advance in their roles so they can look after our customers to the very best of their ability. I’m excited to oversee the running of CMS and look forward to developing the business further in the forthcoming years.”
