Designed, manufactured and sterilised in the UK, the AXifeed® bottle and cap range is the only comprehensive, truly tamper-evident, sterile system for breast milk storage. Whether used for delivering a mother’s own milk, donor milk or specialist feeds, AXifeed® bottles provide the highest level of contamination protection for newborn, premature and babies in need of extra care. The bottles enable clear verification where feeds are safeguarded from accidental or deliberate contamination.
The colour-coded, re-sealing caps used for AXifeed® bottles ensure the integrity of the feed from source to baby. Blue caps are used to denote donor breast milk, while peppermint and yellow coloured caps are used for breast milk or special feeds.
AXifeed® bottles are suitable for freezing to minus 40°C, with no risk of cracking or splitting. Bisphenol A and Phthalate free, the bottles are fully compliant with EU Directive 2011/8/EU.
Bottles in the AXifeed® range have a unique contoured, space saving shape for improved handling and storage. There are three sizes of bottles in the range – 50ml, 100ml and 200ml. There is also a round shaped bottle, AXifeed® E, which is breast pump compatible and a competitively priced option.
All bottles removed from the sterile pack have visual tamper evident bands. The bottles are sterile, safe and ready to use. Once filled, bottles can be resealed with colour coded sterile caps.
