Weyer BiliCompact® LED Phototherapy Lamp
For more flexibility, the BILICOMPACT LED enables both manual and automatic radiation therapy. If the phototherapy light is used with a preselected therapy duration and intensity, manual switching on and off is no longer necessary. After the set total therapy time has elapsed, the therapy lights go out automatically. During the therapy, the bluish light of the therapy lights prevents a neutral assessment of the patient. The BILICOMPACT LED is therefore equipped with a white neutral light, which can be switched on at any time if necessary and interrupts the therapy. This enables an unadulterated assessment of the patin for examinations. In addition, the therapy light is equipped with additional white LEDs that are switched on during therapy in order to improve the appearance of the patient and the working environment for the nursing staff. These have no negative impact on therapy performance.
